Yearly amounts are for one seat. Two seats on Productivity Optimization are R7,200 before VAT, or R8,280 with VAT.

When the plan changes

At checkout you choose how many seats to buy. Seats bought together share one end date. The charge includes VAT.
A seat added later is charged for its own year, with VAT, and ends on its own date.
Removing a seat waits until that seat's end date. The unused time is not refunded, and the seat can be used until then.
Moving up charges the price difference for the days left on each seat you already have. Each seat keeps its end date.
Moving from Free to a paid plan charges a full year for the seats you choose.
A downgrade or cancellation starts when the last seat's year ends. There is no refund for the unused months.
If a seat is not renewed, it ends on its date. After the last seat's grace of 7 days the account moves to Free. Extra people are paused. They are not deleted.
