What each plan can show
If a plan does not include a report, Mycroscope hides it. The screen does not fill the gap with a placeholder or a message that the package left it out.
On every plan
- Automatic time tracking and a daily activity summary
- Personal activity for the signed-in employee
- Work schedules, meetings away from the computer, and breaks
- Productive, unproductive and neutral categories, including your own rules
- Signals for possible false activity, including mouse jigglers
- Report export, roles, and an audit log of sensitive views
Work Activity Tracking
- Who is active now, for managers on this plan
- Schedule adherence for fixed or flexible hours
- Website and application totals, categories and licence counts
- Website blocking in Chrome and Edge, and alerts for restricted programs
- Alarm notices by email, Microsoft Teams, Slack or a webhook
Workforce Management
- Teams in reports, goals and working hours
- Office and remote days against the location rule
- A daily productive-time goal, and workload against that goal
- Names and sizes of files copied to USB, cloud folders or network drives. File contents are not read
- Which AI tools people used, and whether the company has approved them
Productivity Optimization
Everything above, plus productivity trends, a company overview, capacity planning, a financial estimate of the gap to the goal, written reports, and API access. Activity is kept for 12 months unless the company sets a shorter period.
The written report is produced from figures already stored. It can cover the week, workload, where time went, capacity and how the period changed. Pay figures are left out of that document. Coaching in the product is this written report, not a separate chat assistant.
