How the yearly price is worked out
The prices on the plan cards are per seat, per month, and they are before VAT. At checkout you choose how many seats to buy. The payment itself is for a whole year. There is no monthly debit.
The sum
Take the monthly price, multiply by 12, then multiply by the number of seats. With VAT at 15%, that total is what the card is charged.
- Work Activity Tracking is R100 a month. One seat for a year is R1,200 before VAT, or R1,380 with VAT.
- Workforce Management is R200 a month. One seat for a year is R2,400 before VAT, or R2,760 with VAT.
- Productivity Optimization is R300 a month. One seat for a year is R3,600 before VAT, or R4,140 with VAT.
Free stays at R0 and is limited to 3 people.
Changes during the year
Seats bought together share one end date. A seat added later is charged for its own year, with VAT, and ends on its own date. Removing a seat waits until that date. The unused time is not refunded.
Moving up from Free charges a full year for the seats you choose, and that year starts when the payment is confirmed. Moving up from one paid plan to another charges the price difference for the days left on each seat. Each seat keeps its end date. Moving the plan down waits until the last seat's end date.
If a seat is not renewed, it ends on its date. After the last seat's grace of 7 days the account moves to Free. People above the Free limit are paused. They are not deleted.
