A productivity tracker for software agencies
A software agency sells hours and outcomes. The task board knows the job. It does not know that the afternoon was the editor, the browser, or a call. A long-tail search for a tracker built for development teams is usually that gap.
What you can read
- Time in editors, browsers, terminals and the other apps on the machine. Mycroscope does not plug into an IDE and does not read the code.
- A daily goal for productive time, on Workforce Management and above, and workload against that goal.
- Teams in the reports, so a studio can separate one client group from another if you have set the groups up that way.
- Remote and office days, when a location rule is set.
What it will not do
It will not replace the board where tasks live. It will not score a developer by lines of code. It will not tell you the ticket was the right ticket. Output stays in the tools that already track output.
Free covers up to 3 people, which is enough for a small studio to read one week before buying seats. Paid plans are in rand, billed yearly.
