# Mycroscope

> Mycroscope records computer activity that a company has chosen to keep, after each employee acknowledges a monitoring notice. It does not photograph the screen.

Mycroscope is a workforce activity product for teams, priced in South African rand. The signed-in app is at https://mycroscope.co.za/sign-in. These public pages describe the product.

## What it records

- Application name, website, and active, idle or away time.
- Window titles and full web addresses only if the company turns them on in the monitoring notice.
- Meetings, calls, breaks and other time away from the computer, when that prompt is on.
- On Workforce Management: names and sizes of files copied to a USB drive, cloud folder or network drive. File contents are not read.

## Plans

Prices are per person, per month, before VAT, and the card payment covers one year. VAT is 15% when it is on.

- Free: R0, up to 3 people, 30 days of activity.
- Work Activity Tracking: R100 a month (R1,200 a year before VAT, R1,380 with VAT). Live status, schedules, app and website totals, alerts. Six months of activity.
- Workforce Management: R200 a month (R2,400 / R2,760). Teams, office days, goals, workload, file-name activity, AI-tool reports. Six months.
- Productivity Optimization: R300 a month (R3,600 / R4,140). Trends, capacity, financial estimates, written reports, API. Twelve months.

Mycroscope does not take screenshots, does not read documents, and does not show customer activity to Mycroscope operators. Coaching in the product is a written report from stored figures, not a chat assistant.
